Board Meeting Minutes – April 21, 2015
UVRC BOARD MEETING – APRIL 21, 2015 – 7-8 P.M. – RAMUNTO’S Directors present: Tim Smith, Geoff Dunbar, Rob Edson, Jim Burnett, Paul Coats, Julie Paye, Mike Silverman, Betsy Gonnerman Absent: Kim Sheffield Observers present: Mike Gonnerman, Bill Young, Susannah Colby, Sandra Rhodes Committees: Tim plans to update the committee information, members, and contact persons on the website Sponsorship: CBHM is now an official sponsor of UVRC – a contract has been signed. Mike Silverman has also donated a new tent to UVRC. TNT – Tuesday night track will return to the Dartmouth track on May 19, and Kim will be back to coach then. March 2015 Board Meeting Notes
UVRC BOARD MEETING – MARCH 17, 2015 – 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Ramunto’s Directors present: Tim Smith, Geoff Dunbar, Rob Edson, Jim Burnett, Paul Coats, Julie Paye, Mike Silverman, Betsy Gonnerman Absent: Kim Sheffield Observers present: Mike Gonnerman, Rebecca Stanfield-McCown Posting of Race Series on Meet-Up: Rob will post the MWRR and the Mountain Series on Meet-Up. Committee Review: Tim recommends that each committee have a “chair”/spokesperson, posted on the website, who serves as the contact for that committee. In addition, there should be contact persons for each of the training runs (i.e., Tues, Sat, Sun) posted on the website. UVRC Board Meeting – February 17, 2015 – 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Present: Geoff Dunbar, Jim Burnett, Tim Smith, Rob Edson, Julie Paye, Betsy Gonnerman, Mike Gonnerman (non-Board member) Absent: Paul Coats, Mike Silverman, Kim Sheffield Posting of Race Series on Meet-up: UVRS, NHGP, and Trail Series posted. Mike will contact Lori to post Mountain Series. Committee Review: Tim has contacted almost everyone who had been listed on a committee, to clarify involvement. He will send out e-mails that list the committees, their members, and their mission. It was suggested that there be one contact person on each committee, whose email is on the website, and that an article be submitted to the newsletter with this same information. UVRC Board Meeting – January 19, 2015 – 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Present: Geoff Dunbar, Jim Burnett, Betsy Gonnerman, Mike Silverman, Rob Edson, Julie Paye, and Mike Gonnerman (non-Board member) Absent: Paul Coats, Tim Smith, Kim Sheffield Election of Officers: Mike Silverman volunteered to be Vice President. Betsy Gonnerman volunteered to be Secretary. Paul Coats will be treasurer, as is required by his role as Director of Lebanon Rec. Tim Smith was appointed President, in his absence. He will be contacted to confirm that he is willing to accept this position.
