Who We Are

We are a diverse community of runners that promotes and encourages running as a healthy activity and competitive sport.

Our Mission

To foster a supportive and inclusive community where runners of all levels can come together to achieve personal goals, improve fitness, and enjoy the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

Our Values

Inclusivity

We welcome runners of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. There is no “one-size-fits-all” in running, we are committed to creating a safe and equitable environment for all our members.

Support & Encouragement

We support, encourage, and inspire one another to achieve our goals, whether you are running for fun, fitness, or competition.

Health & Wellness

We aim to foster a positive relationship with running for all our members as a means to promote physical and mental well-being.

Community

Above all, we believe that running is better when shared with others. Our club is more than just a place to train — it’s a place to make lifelong friends and create meaningful connections through group runs, volunteer events, local races, and a shared joy for running.

Fun

We believe running is about enjoying the journey. We bring energy and excitement to everything we do, from group runs to social events.

What We Offer

Weekly Training and Group Runs

Join us for weekly Saturday morning group runs and Tuesday night track workouts designed for runners of all abilities. Whether you’re training for a race, building fitness, or just looking to enjoy a casual run, our weekly meetups offer camaraderie, motivation, and support to help you reach your goals.

Racing

Our members have the opportunity to participate in two exciting racing series: the Upper Valley Running Series (UVRS) and the New Hampshire Grand Prix (NHGP). The UVRS is a series of local road races available to UVRC members, with prizes awarded to finishers who complete the required number of races. Additionally, we take part in the NHGP, a statewide competition between New Hampshire running clubs. These events offer opportunities to challenge yourself, represent the club, and connect with runners across the region and state.

Social Events

Running is more fun with friends! We host a variety of social events including monthly runners’ nights out, a summer picnic, and a year-end banquet. These gatherings are a chance to relax, connect, and celebrate our achievements together.

Volunteering

Giving back is at the heart of our club. We actively participate in local events, from volunteering and pacing at races to organizing yearly couch to 5k programs. Volunteering strengthens our bond with the broader community and supports the sport we love.

Local Discounts

Our members enjoy discounts at local running stores including Omer and Bob’s and Stateline Sports.
