Couch to 5K
We host our own take on the popular Couch to 5K program. At its core, the program is designed to get people of any skill level off the couch and ready to run a 5K. It’s tailored for inexperienced runners who may not know the basics to becoming a stronger runner or existing runners with low fitness, and ready to get back at it! Many of our Couch to 5K alumni choose to come back season after season, creating a positive and supporting network for all attendees.
