This poem was written while on a run that I dragged myself out for, as the title hints, at night. Since I have such easy access to the treadmill, it’s become the default for any situations that require even a modicum of mental effort to convince myself to run outside. Raindrops in the sky? The 2025 Upper Valley Running Series (UVRS) is underway! The first race in the series was the RedZone 5K in Wilder VT. Congratulations to all of the UVRC participants; race results are here and photos can be found below. We’re working on UVRS standings, but not urgently since we’re so early in the season. Stay tuned.
