Absent: Jim Burnett, Rob Edson, Kim Sheffield

- Mile Markers: They have been completed, and will be available for the Shamrock Shuffle on Saturday.
- Winter TNT: Continues to go well, with good attendance.
- Timing Device: Paul has purchased a hand-held device, which loads directly to the computer. It will be used for the smaller races.
- UVRC Racing Singlets: They have been ordered, and will be available for runners to use this Saturday, in the first NHGP/UVRS race.
- Coach: There is no need to pursue this further, as Kim continues to be available as the club coach.
- Running Camp: Further discussion on this subject. Tim plans to explore whether Dartmouth coaches would be able to assist with this. No decision has been made.
- Laura Hagley: Laura will be speaking Thursday, March 17th at Howe Library on her Olympic Trials Marathon experience.
- Board Meetings: There was a discussion as to whether to change the meetings from evenings to mornings. In the past, we have tried both morning and evening meetings, and there are always some who have conflicts. Decision was made to stick with the present time slot for this year.
- Courtney Marshall Award: This award was given at the Jingle Bell Run last year, rather than at the banquet. Beverly Marshall questioned that decision, and also wondered whether the award should be continued. The Board unanimously felt that the award should be continued, with the plan to award it at the banquet.
- Banquet: The Social Committee is working on some possible changes in the banquet this year – ?new location, ?catered. They need to have more people who are willing to help out. Tentative date is Nov. 12.
- CBHM Pacers: Rebecca Stanfield-McCown and Mike Kokko are soliciting pacers for the CBHM.
- Couch to 5K Program: Julie Paye has agreed to get the program launched, in Kim’s absence. Kim will arrive in mid-May. Paul has agreed to add a 5k race to the existing Red, White & Blue 10k on July 4, to be the target race. We will have a kick-off meeting at Cioffredi’s, like we did last year, during the week of April 18, with plans to start the program on Sat, April 23. Julie will work on cards, flyers, emails, and a Valley News blurb, to advertise the program. Paul will put it on the Leb Rec website, with registration available there. Coaches will be solicited from past participants as well as the entire UVRC membership. It was agreed that the program would be Tues. evenings and Sat. mornings, like last year. Kim has requested that Tuesdays be moved to 6 (from 6:30). It was agreed that there should be a fee this year of $35-$40, to cover our expenses.
- MWRR: Mike Gonnerman updated the Board on the Mt. Washington Road Race. Lottery has closed.
