SUMMARY:Covered Bridges Half Marathon Pacing
DESCRIPTION:We would once again like to ask for your help giving back to th
 e greater running community as a pacer at this year's Covered Bridges Half
  Marathon.\n\nWhat does volunteering as a pacer involve?\n\n\n 	No prior
  pacing experience is required\, just experience running previous half mar
 athons and a positive attitude :).\n 	Run a steady/consistent race.\n 	Cr
 oss the finish line as close as possible to your assigned pace/time.\n 	Pr
 ovide encouragement and moral support to the runners around you throughou
 t the race.\n 	Be kind\, friendly\, and welcoming to runners and do your b
 est to make their race a positive experience.\n 	If we have enough volunte
 ers\, we do our best to pair up pacers so you can support each other and
  are not pacing alone.\n 	Your job is to support the other runners\, so pl
 ease volunteer to run a pace you are confident you can easily run for a ha
 lf marathon.\n 	If you're unsure about volunteering as a pacer\, please r
 each out to us with any questions or concerns you have. It's a great exper
 ience and we'd love to help put your mind at ease.\n\nIf you're interested
  in pacing\, please fill out the following form: CBHM Pacers Form\n\n\nT
 o give us enough time to organize pacing\, please do your best to sign up
