Workouts and Weekly Runs

Saturday Morning Runs

Meet at Omer and Bob’s (http://www.omerandbobs.com/) at 9am on Saturdays for a group run. All distances and paces welcome. Contact geoff@dunb.org with any questions.

Here are a list of potential running routes in Lebanon NH (by Omer and Bob’s):

Sunday Morning Runs

Meet in front of the Hanover Inn at 8am on Sunday mornings for a group run. All distances and paces welcome. Contact geoff@dunb.org with any questions.

Tuesday Night Track

We do year-round workouts, 5:30 on Tuesdays. Summer, we meet at the Hanover High or Dartmouth track for a track workout. Spring, we meet at the Lebanon High Track. Winter, generally at Occom Pond or Tuck Drive for a tempo run or hill workout. Stay tuned to the mailing list for details.

Summer 2013: As of May 20th, we’re meeting in Hanover again for track workouts.

Thursday Night Trail Runs

Mike Tegart organizes trail runs on Thursday nights. Find more information about the trail running at their Meetup site: http://www.meetup.com/Upper-Valley-Trail-Runners/. Boston Lot is a frequent venue for these runs, though during the muddy spring, the Lebanon Rail Trail is sometimes used as a backup.

Can’t make Saturday mornings because of my kids’ activities, but would love to come to track workouts on Tuesdays.
    Thanks!

So how was your Sat morning run? I went to my son’s soccer tournament in Wellesley, MA so I ran between games. Hot…

  3. Cathy Lemire says:

Are the track nights still open? I realize they started a few weeks ago.

    Thanks,
    Cathy

      Cathy,

Yup, track workouts are ongoing. Tuesday night at 5:30… I think we’ll be meeting at the Hanover High track for the next few weeks because there is construction on the Dartmouth track.

      Thanks,
      Geoff

    Hi All,

I have had the pleasure of either running into a number of you at races, on trails or at the track. I have been working my way through injuries the past couple of years and am looking forward to hitting some new running goals this year. I would be interested in joining the running club to make some good friends and to amp up my running.

    Thanks,

    William
